Our market has bounced back!  Although many factors affect pricing, inventory is key.  A balanced market will have 5-6 months of inventory, less than that the market is appreciating, more its depreciation.  Inventory in Pinecrest was once at a high of 31 months; we’re now down to a balanced market - and this is good for all of us!
