There are three elementary schools in Pinecrest Florida; they are Pinecrest, Palmetto and Howard Drive.  All Pinecrest Florida rentals are in the Palmetto Middle School and Palmetto Senior High School district.

Once you receive your lease, read it very carefully.  Make sure you understand who is responsible for what and when.
